VW GOLF VI R – Performance Upgrades – 4 STAGES up to 464 HP / 547 Nm

STAGE 1

STAGE 2 HGP – 340HP / 495 Nm

- ECU tune
- Custom alloy tubing
- Replacement high pressure silicone hoses (3pieces)
- High-Flow performance intercooler (larger core diameter 63mm)
- Aluminium intermediate pipe
- Modified turbo outlet
- FSI High pressure fuel pump with larger dia. output line 10mm (in exchange for original)
- Sports air filter
- Modified air intake

STAGE 3 – 372HP / 525Nm

- ECU tune
- Custom alloy tubing
- Replacement high pressure silicone hoses (3pieces)
- High-Flow performance intercooler (larger core diameter 63mm)
- Aluminium intermediate pipe
- modified turbo outlet (approx 30% reduction of backpressure)
- Sports air filter
- Modified air intake
- Replacement Turbocharger assembly based on Garrett core
- Dual exhaust down pipe with special cats (Euro 5 emissions standard remains)
- 3.5 inch / 88mm sports exhaust system with variable valve control
- Racing steel head gasket for compression reduction 9,8 to 9,0:1
- Special throttle body alloy casted connecting pipe
- 10mm FSI High pressure fuel pump with larger dia. output line (reengineered pump internals)
- Larger high flow injectors (40% more flow capacity)
- DSG software (for DSG cars)

STAGE 4 – 464HP / 547Nm

- ECU tune
- Custom alloy tubing
- Replacement high pressure silicone hoses (3pieces)
- High-Flow performance intercooler (larger core diameter 63mm)
- Aluminium intermediate pipe
- Modified turbo outlet (approx 30% reduction of backpressure)
- Sports air filter with enlarged air filter housing, air mass meter and custom piping to turbo charger
- Modified air intake
- Replacement Turbocharger assembly based on Garrett core
- Dual exhaust down pipe with special cats (Euro 5 emissions standard remains)
- 3.5 inch / 88mm sports exhaust system with variable valve control
- Racing steel head gasket for compression reduction 9,8 to 8,6:1
- Special throttle body alloy casted connecting pipe
- 70mm throttle body
- 10mm FSI High pressure fuel pump with larger dia. output line (reengineered & reinforced pump internals)
- Larger high flow injectors (40% more flow capacity)
- DSG software (for DSG cars)
- Reinforced DSG Clutch or manual clutch
- Re-positioning of battery to boot with OE VW parts

ABT Supercharger upgrade to 370 HP / 272 kw / 400 Nm

Bolt on “ABT POWER R” water cooled Supercharger kit with ABT ECU software, intercooler, 2nd fuel pump etc.

Supercharged R32 – Black Edition in Sydney by RamSpeed in Sydney.

Clutch upgrade not necessary, yet available.

ABT Sportsline Supercharger Kit Power R for VW MK V R32 Installed by RamSpeed.

2 x Supercharged Golf R32 by RamSpeed in Sydney.

HGP Turbo Kit – STAGE 1 to 406 HP/ 300 kw / 530 Nm

- HGP R30 ball-bearing turbocharger with a cast outlet flange and down pipe 70mm
- A cast exhaust manifold (shock loading, the exhaust gases from each 3 cylinders only come together in the turbocharger)
- Large volume charge air cooler in front of the vehicle
- Cast aluminium intake manifold
- Modified engine control unit (ECU)
- Enlarged injectors
- Compression reduction 8,8:1 with 2 cylinder head gaskets and steel plate
- Bypass system for standard exhaust system
- High-end bearings
- Approx 0.8 bar boost pressure
- DSG upgrade, fully customisable set up

Clutch upgrade not necessary, yet available.

HGP Turbo Kit – STAGE 2 to 445 HP / 328 kw / 580 Nm

As Stage 1 plus:
- High flow 100cell catalic converters
- Modified fuel pressure system
- Increased boost pressure with STAGE 2 ECU software
- High Performance 7 plate clutch

With this kit clutch upgrade is necessary.

HGP Turbo Kit – STAGE 3 to 495 HP / 365 kw / 610 Nm

HGP R35 Turbocharger:
- Double intercooler set up
- Increased boost pressure with Stage 3 ECU software
- Complete exhaust system with 100 cell sport cats, 2 x 70mm to 1 x 88mm with valve control
- High Performance 7 plate clutch included
- DSG software, fully customisable

HGP Turbo Kit – STAGE 4 to 545 HP / 401 kw / 640 Nm

as 495 HP version, with:

Stage 4 software:
- High performance custom headers
- Electronic boost pressure regulator
- Custom tubing & boost pressure increase

Upgrade is performed exclusively by RAMSPEED Automotive in Sydney.

STAGE 4 performed by RAMSPEED Sydney on an Audi TT 3.2 V6.

Return transport nationwide is possible.
RTA certification available.
